•Hunt & bring new projects/ business to the company. •Coordinate with project & manufacturing teams regarding new projects. •Build a strong relationship through daily interfacing & visits to ensure customer satisfaction. •Prepare, review sales forecasts & budget. •Follow up of competition & market/technology trends. •Negotiate project milestones & costs with the customer. •Promote new products/ technologies to customers. •Assist & support the customers to solve open issues (deliveries, quality, technical)

• Team management and meetings conduct. • Coordinating of project management activities, resources, equipment and information. • Creation and maintaining of project documentation, plans and reports. • Creation and updating of project schedules and making project strategies. • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures. • Preparing of project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informations from all departments.

• Product definition. • Capacity studying and needs definition (equipment, tools, personal and resources required) • Starting and Support production. • Industrialization of new projects & products. • Implementation of planning activities for new projects. • Establish of technical production documentation ( technical drawings, work instructions ...). • Updating of technical data in SAP. • Ensure the safety, ergonomics and application of the Lean manufacturing rules during the design of workstations.
