• Modeled conduction and switching losses in a DC-DC converter, accounting for package and PCB parasitics as well as temperature effects, achieving over 98% agreement with SPICE simulation results. • Extracted PCB and package-level parasitics using Ansys Q3D, validated the model in Cadence Spectre, and developed state-space power-loss models in MATLAB.

• Designed and debugged the buck converter and its analog compensator circuit. • Designed boost and SEPIC converters, mitigating the effects of right-half-plane zero. • PCB layout design for a CC and CV battery charger using Altium Designer. • PCB layout design for LLC converter output stage, DPI, and ground bounce test. • Automated an efficiency measurement system and developed its GUI using Python.

• Worked on Texas Instrument C2000 series microcontroller programming (ePWM, eCAP, HCAP, SPI 3 wire communication and eQEP). • Implementation of current measurement scheme from secondary side of transformer on buck, boost, PFC and bridgeless PFC (2kW). • Conduct functional testing and validation of electronic hardware components. • Performed rework and soldering of electronic components on PCB and Veroboard. • Proficiency in using Oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators and other testing equipment.
