This involves providing technical solutions to problems experienced by SAP customers, including global midmarket companies and large enterprises.

Perform weekly upgrade of software products to various internal SAP systems all around the globe remotely. Processed the Test Cases. • The upgrade tasks were a complete package including monitoring the upgrades, intervention if problems occur and coordination of data backup. • Additionally responsible for processing of ABAP CSN Tickets, IMPORT Monitoring, PUTs, System Setup, System Removal, Single Imports, and Kernel Swaps independently.
