Using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, I have developed a lot design of machine mechanisms such as machine chassis, centering, cutting-gluing, filling, funnel, conveyor, lid fastening, lid tightening, lid path and transporting products with rotating star. I created necessary documents for manufacturing processes such as assembly, welding, machining, laser cutting, bending and rolling. I prepared a bill of materials and bill of bars. I created a complete production line project to be printed on a trade show brochure.

In order to improve myself in this Start-Up team, I used MongoDB, Python and UiPath to scrape text from the internet, load data into Excel, extract data from Excel, create and query a database.

I made automation panels according to automation circuit diagrams. I have gained hands-on experience in the assembly and technical service of industrial automation machines using automation equipment.

As a Die Designer, I have gained valuable experience on the design of molds such as cardboard, bag, label mold, and the design and manufacture of 3-dimensional cardboard boxes.

I gained experience in machining by using the control units of Sliding Automat CNC Lathe Machines.

In this thesis, I implemented the roof system that can be opened and closed automatically according to the sun's rays in order to spend time on the roof in sunny weather.

I wrote the PLC program of elevators and various automation systems at the Siemens Gebze Plant, TIA Portal Automation Program Test Department. I tested each program using a Siemens PLC, an Input Module, an Output Module and an HMI device after its simulation. I am grateful to Siemens JSC for this great great internship.

During this voluntary internship process, I made the automation panels according to the automation circuit diagram. During this time, I gained technical knowledge and experience on automation equipment such as PLC, asynchronous motor, thermal relay, contactor, fuse, motor driver.

I gained work experience in machining by using the control units of Press, CNC Milling and Lathe machines.

During this internship, I used Manual Milling, Press machines, FANUC CNC Milling and Lathe machines. Also, I designed a prototype in Solidworks and Mastercam programs and produced it together with the automation officer at a Siemens CNC Milling.
