• Applying highly efficient planning and Optimisation processes. Monitoring, benchmarking, and improving network performance. • Developing parameters planning and optimisation schemes for new and existing technologies. • Designing network strategy plans and fine-tuning proposals. • Working on an End-to-End QoS design. • Solid technical knowledge in GSM, UMTS, and LTE systems, equipment, parameters and counters.
