- Operating and adjusting plastic injection machines to ensure optimal performance and quality. - Performing regular maintenance and testing on plastic injection moulds to prevent defects and ensure reliability. - Evaluating and ordering injection moulds and injection molding machines from a technical point of view. - Conducting machines and moulds FAT / SATs, preparing risk analysis (pFMEA) and process verifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure compliance with the specifications and regulations.

• Operating and optimizing plastic injection machines. • Preparing and performing maintenance plans and process tests for plastic injection moulds. • Selecting mould cavities and mould sizes of different sizes according to the injection moulding machines' dimensional limits. • Evaluating and ordering injection moulds and injection molding machines from a technical perspective. • Conducting machines and moulds FAT / SATs, preparing risk analysis (pFMEA) and process verifications (IQ, OQ, PQ).

• I improved the productivity of the injection moulding lines by conducting process validations. • I reduced the cycle times by revising the mould maintenance and upgrading the cooling water system. • I selected new injection machines to enhance the production capacity and technology investments (full electricity, L / D ratio, screw type, injection speed). • I led the R&D project of designing and launching the production of 20 ml LL barrel and plunger moulds.

• I participated in the adult reservoir process project as a technician. This project involved using a 500-ton plastic injection machine (Krauss Maffei) and maintaining the reservoir mold. I received three months of training on these skills at Otto Klump GMBH in Stuttgart, Germany. • I learned how to maintain and operate the reservoir mold. • I helped with the relocation of the injection machine and reservoir mold to MAQUET and worked on all the technical aspects of the project.
