• Handling the subcontractors by managing their network servers and other network components. • Develop and maintain network security procedures. • Resolving problems reported by end users for local and wide area networks, personal computers, networking equipment (switches, routers, etc.) Providing answers to complex questions related to these systems. • Research, plan and overseeing network and telephone system. • Train users in the use of commercial, off the shelf (COTS) software and hardware.

• Overseeing the installation, maintenance and security of server, Storage and Data Center to ensure that the end user systems is always operational. • Carrying out installation, configuration of Windows Servers, assist in planning and designing of the servers, storage and data center requirements. • Identifying improvement opportunities within existing systems, maintaining system enhancements and upgrades. • Testing and deploying patches, ensuring compliance to existing IT Security.
