Provide leadership & oversight to the Data & Analytics Organization for EMEA Region. Provide support to Data & Analytics implementation and associated upgrade in the EMEA Region. Lead the team of more than 20 developers (from IT manage service partners) of different analytics tools (SAP BW4HANA, S4HANA Embedded Analytics, Native HANA, Tableau, BODS, BOBJ , AI & ML, MSBI, Azure Cloud, power BI etc) and hands on participation in new reporting application development along with developers

 Interface with Senior Management, Managers, and users. Provide expert technical direction on usability and best practices.  Using LSA and LSA++, Create robust Design and Develop BW objects  Participates in evaluation of new software for compatibility with technical landscape like SAP BW on HANA 7.5, Tableau, Analysis of Office, Service now of incident management, Solution manager for Change management.

 Project start up, transition plan and Knowledge acquisition of functional, operational and technical details of the applications. Interaction with client as a SAP BW subject matter expert  Post project transition, my primary responsibility was to Lead the SAP BW Production support team and utilizing the Offshore and Onshore team to ensure quality and timely delivery of incident fixes and other minor enhancement task
