     Led design project to create free hand collaboration and whiteboard tool for system engineers handling complex technical system design models.  Improved the FTUE for Maximo Application Suite by revamping the sign up and trail version flow.  Conducted usability testing sessions with users for newly launched features in Maximo application to drive design improvements.  Designed new features like work queues for software suit from scratch to avoid unplanned downtime in asset management.
