Research on 'Development of optimized cooling geometries by means of adjoint simulation methods'. Working with OpenFOAM to implement adjoint simulation methods for industrial applications. Design study and geometry improvements using CFD simulations. Assisted on CFD simulations in FloEFD. Geometry preparation and modifications using CAD (SolidWorks and SpaceClaim). Geometry pre-processing using HyperMesh for simulations in OpenFOAM. Geometry post-processing and presentation of simulation results.

Offsite support for aircraft wing production at Airbus Broughton, UK. Worked towards providing solutions for non-conformity (deviations from drawing requirements). Reading drawings to identify all of the affected components. Detailed workflow for the proposed design changes. Supplement design changes through the use of AutoCAD. The solutions comprised design modifications with feasibility evaluations that included reserve factors and check stress calculations. Delivery on a daily basis through SAP.
