Programmed TI’s Sensor Controller for threshold-based events via interrupt callbacks. Created a compact wearable with M5StickC Plus, displaying live FFT, battery, and hit data.

Designed 3D CAD models for Special Purpose Machines (SPM) using SolidWorks, Tekla, and AutoCAD, ensuring precise part configuration. Coordinated with vendors and production teams to resolve shop-floor issues and meet delivery timelines. Standardised reusable components and BOMs to improve design-to-production turnaround. Participated in design reviews to ensure compliance with functional and safety requirements. Gained DFM, materials, and manufacturing insights for embedded hardware prototyping.
