Supervised a PMO setup and Microsoft EPM implementation to establish governance in managing a Brazilian state government's portfolio and monitoring the strategic programs/projects.

Led the PMO of the Brazilian Central-West region of an SAP Consultancy company focused on agribusiness projects. At Firsteam, I had my first opportunity as a Project Manager in an SAP implementation.
