My responsibilities were: • Monthly clocking • Recruitment • Compensation & Benefits • Organizing and structuring the teams • Organizing team buildings • Creating a good organizational climate, for a more welcoming work environment • Negotiations with tradespeople for various types of equipment/services that we needed. • I have also worked within small IT projects where I took over the creation and testing of cloud servers for benchmarking purposes.
