Designed, deployed and project managed The Cloud's enterprise grade wireless access managed service GuestBridge to provide reliable secure access to corporate networks. Drafted and implemented operational and security documentation and procedures for incident, configuration and change management. Designed and deployed GuestBridge managed service, NOC and NMS.

Senior Engineer responsible for liaison with financial business units in IT requirements analysis, project management, network and service architecture, new service deployment, as well as third level operational support and management systems engineering. Responsible for over 200 Nokia Checkpoint firewalls globally (redundant/HA configurations), supporting over 600 individual external network services.

Chaired ISTD Security Reference Group in revision ofIT Security Policies. WAN and Network Service design consultancy state-wide networks and external third party state and national gateways. Drafted Gateway Access Policy & Incident Response Plan. Drafted IT Authentication and Encryption Strategy. Developed information security implementations in coordination with Victoria Police and other agencies. Consulted in information management and security for ongoing IT facilities outsourcing.

Reporting to CEO and presenting directly to the Board of Directors, duties included management of technical staff; operations management including project and cost management, capacity planning, risk analysis, disaster recovery planning and security auditing; project management, and implementation; training for both technical and non-technical staff; and technical product/service research and development.
