I used my engineering knowledge to construct and monitor KPIs from the Twitch API. Actions derived from these KPI reports consistently produced 10% month on month increases in growth and retention. I created a globally recognized community, advocating for safety and accessibility, by making use of safety measures and codes of conduct. The focus was on new players, enabling players with no experience to learn to play, and enabling aspiring professionals to build a port folio of experience in a safe space.

Developed a stock-tracking production-planning application which reduced held stock by £200,000. Implemented gauge alignment control processes between supply and assembly gauges, bottleneck OEE% improvement of 30%.
