Responsibilities: • Stock Management System implementation • Stock management – including stocktaking, inventory control. • Stock distribution and future requirement planning • Courier and Warehousing Management • Ensuring the OHS requirements of all Courier and Warehousing staff are applied • Electrical equipment and Tool of trade allocation, inspection and calibration • Fleet management (Allocation, repairs and servicing of 100 vehicles)

Responsibilities: • Financials and budget management • Strategic and future planning • Recruitment of field and office staff • Supervision of Field Operations and Planning Managers • Preparing and presenting monthly OHS reports to senior management • Client meetings and contract discussions • Reviewing all incident reports for quality and process improvement • Performance management of field staff • Ensuring contract adherence to KPI’s

Responsibilities: • Performance management of field staff • Planning and coordinating team meetings and ensuring OHS compliance • Customer Complaint management • Management of equipment calibration and testing • Provide technical and project related OHS training • Field visits to ensure technical works practice adherence by all field staff • Completing & investigating all incident reports • Management of stock control and warehouse staff • Planning and scheduling of vehicle maintenance

Responsibilities: • Project management – on-site client liaison, staffing allocation ensuring seamless relocations • Reviewing and streamlining business processes to achieve industry best practice • Planning and implementing change to processes, infrastructure requirements and labour utilisation methods • OH&S compliance and driver fatigue management • Staff management and training including liaising with recruitment agencies • Planning and scheduling of Vehicle and Equipment maintenance

Responsibilities: • Test Engineer – Thermal Imaging, RCD testing and emergency lighting systems testing. • Compliance with Australian legislation and industry standards • Project management – Planning and delivering testing projects with the smallest impact to production • Business management - Tax, insurance, payroll, tender submissions, invoicing and debt collection • Business administration – Marketing, human resource processes, staff and client liaison, work allocation, resource distribution

Communications, electronics
