Ziel des Alumni-Vereins ist es, die Basis für eine starke Vernetzung von Studierenden, Lehrenden sowie zukünftigen Alumnis zu schaffen sowie Strukturen für bevorstehende Projekte des Masterstudiengangs und Vortragsreihen in Augsburg aufzubauen.

I spend my traineeship at the A7 Euratom unit, former A4 Nuclear Safety and Security unit. My main task was to contribute to the JRC support to the EU CBRN Centre of Excellence. Besides of general project management I was assigned the responsibility of the compilation and statistical evaluation of the data on training activities gathered over the last years, out of which I could develop an updated database of deliverables.

As a mentor for foreign students at a dormitory in Augsburg I was organizing meetings and helped them with tasks such as filling out application forms, finding an accomodation as well as assist them in their integration into the daily life of the German student community.

At the Council of Europe Directorate of Human Rights and Antidiscrimination I gained in-depth knowledge of the application and monitoring of the European Charter of Regional or Minority Languages as well as of the work of its Secretariat.
