The main aim of my job is to help customers, I am using Lloyds TSB products to help point out weaknesses within their finances. My day to day tasks consist of performing full financial reviews with customer with the intention of meeting customer needs with Lloyds TSB products. I perform these interviews from self generated appointments, these appointments are generated through calling leads and explaining how I can help customers to improve on their financial position.
