Participating in the project of merging three banks into one entity as test manager. Main task was organizing the UAT testing of different bank systems, mostly focused on cards and loans.

Main task was taking care of the test management of multiple project in parallel at the bank, including: test estimation, test planning, organizing IT and UAT tests, monitoring test case design, ensuring the reaching of different quality gates, organizing performance test plans and development.

The company was running 5-6 different projects parallel in various fields, including energy sector, and different administration related projects. Main task was building up the test teams for these multiple parallel running projects and coordinating testing to meet each project deadlines. This included ensuring test case design, test execution, test reporting happening properly before the deadlines for each project.

The company was developing a major administration software which was used by almost all the universities in Hungary. Made modifications to the software development processes, to better involve testing in the different stages. Introduced test automation according to the different project needs and developed automation strategies for the projects.

On one hand was coordinating the regression testing of an SAP HANA Upgrade project, with over 100 testers worldwide, on the other hand was performing regular test management tasks for a starting project related to monitoring transportations in an oil refinery.

A new department was started inside GE Healthcare, and my task was to introduce testing to multiple projects, building up a test team from zero, and leading the test team locally, supporting and building up test teams on other international locations on different continents. Task included creating defect templates, defect lifecycles, reporting, test design practices and introducing test automation according to the different project needs, taking into consideration the GxP regulations as well.

- Analysing feature request, providing testing estimation and creating test plans, test specification. - Implementing automated test scripts needed to test the feature. - Was using Robotframework and some internal Nokia tools.

My responsibility was mostly about leading projects from the planning phase to the delivery to production: Requirement analysis, Test Plan writing, Test Case Preparation, Coordinating between the differect parties(DBA,development, third party application owners, other test teams), Test Case Execution, Status Reporting (1-7 testers). I was leading the regression test team for a big project(150+ people) for almost a year(11-16 testers). I was usually responsible for training new team members many times

My responsibility was translating trainings and training materials to hungarian workers about the operation and maintenance of different machines. Work was done in Hikone, Japan.

Learning about the Japanese language and culture, also attended on some science classes.

My degree was written about Neural Networks in the R Statistic Environment.
