As a volunteer at the student branch of IEEE, had been interviews team member. Also as a public relations team member had been responsible for the branch representation and outreach. Volunteered as a marketing volunteer, creating content for the social media and publicizing the branch activities and events. In addition, been a member of the documentation team, documenting important data for the branch and preparing documents required to apply for IEEE student branches awards.

Registration team volunteer, handled the registration process for onsite attendees as well as for different tickets’ types.

Responsible for leading the team for inducting marketing ideas for IEEE membership, behind improving the membership services, and helping current members with their membership issues.

Leading Your Career is an annual mega student conference organized by IEEE AAST Alex SB. As a program team volunteer, the responsibilities varied from brainstorming for the event’s program session, doing research for the potential speakers at the selected topics and contacting the speakers for inviting them and following up with them. In addition, helped in the transportation of the attendees to and from the event’s venue.

- Managing and monitoring costumer's requests. - Contacting and handling reservation operations with different entities. - Managing hotels and customers databases. - Managing Website and Facebook Page in order to keep them up to date and increasing online interaction and fan base of the company. - Designing required materials for marketing (website banner and facebook page photos). - Setting up mini-marketing plans and assuring their efficiency.
