The topic includes all customer lifecycle processes that change the value proposition between the customer and 1&1. I took over the team in November 2014 as a pure development team. In 2015 I carved out the second biggest product line out of the platform and built up a new team (incl. a team lead) in parallel. In Q1/2016 I introduced a DevOps environment by integrating the operations team.
