-Design and develop comprehensive men’s and women’s wear collection in collaboration with Motorsport assets: Ferrari, Mercedez AMG, and Subaru. -Research, develop and execute innovative product design and product line to achieve business target. -Supporting Creative Director in managing design team on daily basis.

-Design and develop comprehensive Retail collection for men’s and women’s wear (jerseys, soft seperates, knitwear, outerwear and pants). -Research, identifying trends and concept production within vertical calendar. -Provide guidance to junior designers and developers. -Design and develop Men’s and Women’s wear collection in collaboration with Motorsport asset Ferrari following inline calendar

-Design and develop comprehensive range of T-shirts and sweatshirts that reflects the current market trends and appeal to certain target market; -Research, identify trends and concept production.

-Allocate products to stores, monitoring delivery into DC, analysing sales and stock level; -Liaison with suppliers, providing support to Merchandiser in all areas.

Pattern making, pattern grading, fabric sourcing, new fabric development, pleating and dyeing, assisting chief designer in day to day basis
