Created a business analysis on Home Depot’s online power-tool sales and overall web sales, utilizing quick wins and long-term strategic plans, which was formally presented to senior management, including District Managers. Cultivated leadership skills and gained hands on experience through participating in a District Operations Manager audit, other store audits, and leading a group of managers across the Mid-South region during a tool rental and pro services event.

Kept record of incoming/outgoing stock and concession funds, beginning and end. Recruited, trained, and managed staff for events.

Resolved technical problems and software malfunctions to facilitate student learning process through technical costumer service skills. Restored the university's art collection slides, and other material, for historical record keeping and university database. Managed Mac Lab to ensure safety and security of equipment and students.
