Adeline SCHAEFFER

Within the Talent Acquisition Team, I am responsible for identifying top talent globally for roles in the area of Group Functions - Finance & Audit, Human Resources (HR), Legal, and Communications - at Roche's corporate headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. My goal is to foster strong relationships with people who could be key contributors to the Roche Group in these important functions in the near or more distant future.

As part of the Recruiting Team at the Corporate Headquarter in Basel, I'm leading a team of 2 recruiters. Besides I am responsible for all recruitment activities of the local HR function at Roche in Basel. I am therefore very interested in connecting with people who have experience in this area.
