* Launched full motorway operations two months after concession agreement was signed and took over successfully all tasks previously executed by state authorities * Staffed O&M department at engineer, supervisor and road agent level, designed training programs on operations procedures and secured procurement of tools and materials

* Took full P&L responsibility for multiple construction projects (€ 7m/year), handled schedules, secured resources and managed client interface * Grown revenue and profits with additional works through reactivity and anticipation of client's demands

* Negotiated tender for the construction of the Tunnel-elements with subcontractors and achieved significant savings on internal valuation * Prepared technical and legal tender documents, closed the deal and monitored a € 30m contract through the first production phase on site * Performed successfully implementation of the site including deforesting and associated negotiations with local associations and NGO's

* Turned around a delayed project after taking over from a previous team and delivered 12.000 m2 of offices * Planed efficiently labor and resources to realize the company's engagements
