Responsible for the work package that was focused on researching the methods of evaluation for sustainable distribution alternatives of five targeted industries in the City of Vienna, respectfully, postal deliveries, food distribution, non-food distribution, disposal and construction. The evaluations were taking into consideration the environmental, economic and social sustainability, seen from different shareholder perspectives.

-Analyzing and improving the efficiency of the distribution system that supports FMCG goods by planning and implementing more than 30 software updates and add-ons for the warehouse and transportation management system. -Data analyzing and implementing demand forecast methods for the warehouse and the points of sales, periodically arranging the distribution method of them based on merchandise strategies.

Internship that included conceptual and technical methods on how to approach external logistics, freight brooking and transportation of goods by road. The focus of the internship was on truck capacity planning, custom norms for different countries in the European territory (Including the European Union), Data gathering from third party transportation forums and agent partnerships in order to achieve rentable marketing
