In my most recent role as Induction Project Officer for Middlesex University, I was responsible for creating, planning, and managing the induction activities for up to 600 students, working with budgets up to £200k. By liaising with department heads, directors, deans and relevant internal and external communities, I was able to design and implement a strategic plan of action supportive of the corporate mission of the University, resulting in a 90% improvement over the previous years’ induction activities.

Developed and managed strategies to achieve widespread public relations and communications needs within the public school sector. Discovered an urgent need for an in-house communications department and negotiated with decision makers, resulting in the implementation of the role as Communications Liaison Officer.
