Group Strategy The Group Strategy Team is responsible for the strategy process of the Hannover Re Group. This begins with a strategic analysis of our internal strengths as well as the external market and competitive landscape. On this basis, the team advises and supports the Executive Board in developing Hannover Re's Group strategy and coordinates the Group-wide strategy process.
