• Coordinate between OEM and suppliers for feasibility • Manage lighting system integration • Ensure alignment with OEM requirements Project Handled: • X8311 Delivery van (Lighting), X8310 Cargo van (LAT trim parts)

• Leading the activities for preparing cad concepts & presentation for new products (lamps) enquiries from customer. • Discussion with customer & supplier for feasibility of all lighting components. • Design of part and components and ensuring tooling, Process, Ergonomic and engineering Feasibility. • Support internal team & plant team for issues in Production lamps & development lamps. Project Handled: • M310 Headlamp & Centre lamp (RFQ), Model E RCL

• Working on Headlamp, small lamp & tail lamps RFQ with respect to customer requirements. • Prepared RFQ Document in order to explain the lamp functional, aesthetic requirement, and styling vision etc. • Design of lamps with ensuring tool, part/comp manufacturability, Process, Ergonomic and engineering Feasibility Project Handled: • X451 Tail Lamp, Tigor MCE Headlamp, Winger Headlamp, Winger Tail Lamp, W605 Head Lamp Model K Headlamp, Model K Tail lamp, Connecting TL, Hector DRL, and W502 Headlamp.
