Working as a Guest Service Associate, I learned taking orders, answers questions about the menu and food. I also learned taking payments, communicate orders with the kitchen, helps with customer service, as well as cleaning and sanitising. I also know how to work in pantry area.

I was working in a Food & Beverage Department. Working under this organisation in a Italian culture, I have learned performing serving of foods, cleaning and maintaining food service areas. In this role, I was also trained for preparing banquets.

I am currently enrolled in the Master's program where I am delving deeper into the intricacies of the hospitality field.

Studying about the Hospitality sector i learned many things Food & Beverage, Cuisine Catering, Front office, and Housekeeping. I observed that communication is the most crucial skill for a hotel team . Examine in all departments i have done specialisation in Food & Beverage Department.
