• Responsible for control models and algorithm development in exhaust emissions, oxygen sensor, engine speed control, engine start-stop, and gas pressure domains; using MATLAB/Simulink and SystemDesk. • Conducted testing and validation of engine control unit with virtual systems from ETAS and vehicle; using INCA and MATLAB. • Developed and tested system controls DVP&R (design verification plan and report) documents for multiple systems.

• Responsible for scale-up experiments on reactive distillation, for production of mono- nitotoluene (MNT). • Performed simulations and, heat and mass balances required for design of process. • Analyzed gas-liquid (hydrogen peroxide-water) mixing in a continuous stirred tank reactor using Computational Fluid Dynamics. • Performed simulations for: different placements and orientations of impeller, and flowrates of gas-liquid inlets inlets.
