Owned governance, data cleansing/validation, risk management (40+ risks tracked; critical exposure cut 75–80%), UAT, go-live and stabilization. Managed application delivery, client coordination, commercial activities, and governance across international engagements spanning MENAT, Europe, and APAC. Supported revenue growth from $0.3 to $0.65 through rate-card revisions, resource expansion, and delivery scaling. Developed Statements of Work, project charters, and delivery documentation to align scope, contractual obligations, project milestones, and commercial commitments.

Supported PMO operations across India and US for ~250 employees and 2 concurrent programs, managing US$1.5M revenue. Delivered real-time reporting on resourcing, quality and risk. Maintained trackers, risk registers, dashboards and monthly reviews; managed resource lifecycle (onboarding to exit), invoicing and contract documentation; partnered with Delivery, Finance, Compliance and Talent Acquisition to ensure governance, visibility and timely issue closure.

Managed access compliance for employee onboarding, offboarding, and client security requirements. Led periodic SSO inventory reconciliation, identified discrepancies, and drove corrective actions. Validated compliance evidence and documentation to meet audit and internal control standards. Supported audit closure, compliance reporting, and process adherence across operational teams.

Managed operational reporting, vendor coordination, travel and accommodation processes, and finance claim settlements. Monitored adherence to SOPs and internal policies.
