Adria Balcazar Castell

As member of BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) I have taken part in organising various events on complementary education for students (courses and engineering competioions). I am also part of the Human Resources department, taking care of Recruitment, Integration, Motivation and Development of our members. Besides this, I have taken leadership roles in different projects and been part of many teams over these years. I have also become a Soft Skills Trainer, in order to develop our members.

As intern for ENVIROpro, my tasks were related to Environmental Project Mangement: - Environmental data analysis - Environmental indicators generation - Environmental problems detection - Project results presentation

As intern for HKM I supported the Constructions Department with documentation of projects, site visits and supply orders.
