Designed and implemented business case value capture performance system. Through transversal management approach achieved budget reduction of 75%. Rebranded Risk Management to serve as a business partner and advisor.

Recruited to lead global responsibility for service provider negotiation, project coordination and implementation with a budget responsibility of $1.5m. Coordinated 30 front line asset risk experts. Led risk-based performance transformation action plan prioritisation. Delivered over $250m EBITDA leakage reduction. Created risk coaching program with AM University to facilitate leadership change management. Improved group risk level from 54% to 38% vulnerability in 6 years.
