Updated the VoIP protocols with the latest RFC requirements. Provide customer support for VoIP products.

Ensure the maintenance of a market released software products. Add new features to a CTI application (Telephony Service Provider) and bug fixing. Create the design documents. Porting applications from 32-bit to 64-bit environment. Customize IVR solutions according to each client's specifications. Maintain good communication between the development team in Romania and the customer.

Coordinate the QA testing for various software projects , developing test plans , test scripts for automatic testing of TAPI based applications. Update the test tools using Visual C++.NET . Training the new members of the QA team.
