Led the integration of dishwashers, fridges, and other appliances into the Miele Mobile App, contributing to a complete app redesign. Played a key role in improving store ratings from 1.2 to 4.3 stars by focusing on user experience, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Oversaw service delivery for a mission-critical automotive IT infrastructure project. Applied ITIL principles to meet SLAs and ensure business continuity for assembly-line operations.

Managed a 26-person delivery team supporting BMW’s infrastructure, including second and third-level services. Acted as escalation point and proxy product owner for development projects, introducing automation tools to improve internal efficiency.
