• Liaising with the project partners and directors; • Preparing the project information / reports for the executive, resource planning and fee bids; • Working alongside company partner and Finance Director on project Programming, team resourcing, fee proposal and bid documents.

Responsible for developing the Master Programme and creating the execution steps in Microsoft Project/ Quantities take-off/ Preparation of the tendering documents and assisting with the bid process/ Liaising with subcontractors in order to increase level of satisfaction, improve processes and ensure maximum efficiency/ Modification of the drawings, in AutoCad, according to the Project Manager and Site Engineer’s indications/ Responsible for preparing and amending the design drawings
