Defined key business metrics covering revenue, cost, profitability, client performance, and service-line performance, enabling stakeholders to identify trends and performance drivers. Built interactive dashboards and visualizations that enabled users to explore business performance and drill down into client, regional, and service results.

Engineered scalable data pipelines integrating 30M+ administrative, survey, and geospatial records from 20+ data sources, improving data accessibility and reducing preparation time. Analyzed large and complex datasets to identify key drivers of investment performance and support resource-allocation and operational decisions. Translated complex analyses into dashboards, visualizations, and executive decision-support products used by 20+ senior stakeholders.

Developed Power BI and R Shiny applications for real-time monitoring of operational KPIs and key performance metrics across eight countries. Co-developed a scalable R-based quality-assurance package supporting 20+ projects and approximately 1.69 billion observations. Delivered analytical products and executive decision-support materials and partnered with key stakeholders to translate complex analyses into recommendations.
