Produced a range of novel metal complexes, possible drug intermediates. Performed administrative duties in the lab. I was in charge of the NMR measurements for the period I worked as Research assistant. I managed my own research grant for 2 years. Supervision of BSc, MSc. students. Regularly drafted proposals, quotations and reports.
