Review system specification, design of test cases and create automated test cases at the system level, planning of test cases execution.- Test cases execution on car and on test bench, evaluation of test result, error analysis, capture car traces using ADTF and results reporting.- In.volved in the development of test processes, procedures and tools.- Camera calibration to tune the system.- Train colleagues on the camera system knowledge.- Involved in the implementation of the vision system state machine .

Review requirements, create scripts for the framework used for the automated test cases at the software level, design of test cases and execution.- Evaluation of test result, error analysis and results reporting.- Crash testing (pedestrian,front,rear,side,rollover), crash calibration and NHTSA EDR testing.- Understanding of sensor simulators for Acceleration, Pressure, SPI, Roll, LowG, CentralXY and Piezo sensors, radar in order to simulate frontal crash, Squibs Simulators and Slow Sensors Simulators

- Review of requirement specifications for Electronic Steering Column Lock - Manual and automated testing. - Bug reporting, providing trace analysis.

- Develop work instructions and train workers to use the production work stations (place components on ECU, wave, AOI, ICT, Functional, Repair and Debug). - Lab and tool responsible for wave soldering machine,automatic optical inspection machine, ICT equipment and Functional Testing equipment. - Schematic analysis and debug failed ECU after ICT Functional testing.

- Develop work instructions and train workers to use assembly work station. - X-Ray analysis of ECU’s. - Develop temperature profiles for BGA (Ball Grid Array) soldering improvement.
