In my job I promote the Lumesse Talent Acquisition Value Added Service partners as upsell opportunities for customers. My main duties are: Coach Lumesse and Partner sales teams on each VAS solution as subject matter expert and help them understand the place for each VAS in a deal. I develop eLearning “one to many” certification opportunities to promote VAS partners and coach in a deeper level. I run appropriate customer and partner education and awareness programs to cover VAS functionalities.

Business enablement – ensure the business understands the new enhancements in TalentLink releases, prepare the initial set up of the demo environment to show the functionality, the messaging around each enhancement and assist the various teams in the business with understanding the solution Managing Enablement webinar series - delivering release enablement webinars (internal and external): getting familiar with the new features, pre-configuring and demoing them as best practice.

Contributed to the delivery of tender answers coming from prospects, and all the activities that it covers: • Tender analysis • Delivery of answers from database • Consolidation of answers from other sources Contributed to the management of the online knowledgebase of the Pre sales team: • Administration of the database • Management of the update process • Knowledge reports and update planning

Creation of responses to Request For Proposal (RFP) – Proposals are in the FICO domain Creation of workarounds, innovative solutions based on the RFP Creation of Demo Scenarios and assist field sales team in showcasing SAP Application capabilities to customers.

Advanced support for SAP end users of the company. Troubleshooting SAP security, technical, MM, FI, CO related issues in English and French.
