I support the Project Team 'Smitsveen' with my communication skills. Smitsveen is a quarter in the city of Soest. The team is taking care of making it cleaner, safer and more social, in collaboration with all the local organizations and of course the people who live there, the inhabitants. Together we can make it work!

Developing new products/concepts & collaborations with the main focus on *Traffic Safety and *Urban Gardening. Ampelmann is a Berlin-based brand that stands for its city. Freedom and being able to walk the street without fear – is supported in any which way. Developing new *traffic safety products, or *supporting kids in schoolprograms gaining knowledge of gardening -which makes Berlin greener as well-, are contributing to this goal.

Agenses is a startup and wants to make the lives of Call Centre Managers happier! Agenses developed a tool, and now wants to conquer the world with it! I am helping them to make the perfect fit to the market, by advising and questioning 'everything' on different levels (e.g. the content of the product, the interface, the look & feel, the branding/communications and strategy). Together we aim for good customer services, provided by happy employees.

Managing the Pop-Up Stores #popintoberlin, which promote the city Berlin in Warsaw, Madrid and Zurich. Every Pop-Up Store shows (and offers) design products from Berlin-based designers, ranging from special candybars (Candy Farm Berlin), to healthy kombucha (ManuTeeFaktur) and fabulous fragrance (Frau Tonis).

I researched what actually is done in the district Rotsoord, by whom and whether the residents know what is happening there. I think knowledge of what is happening in your environment can contribute to your sense of community, safety and fun in your own living space. I made some of the (hidden) activities visible by 'hacking' the fences (hekken). Several puns were woven in the fences, to trigger the residents and people who pass by. Words which gave them a hint of the (hidden) activities. A 'hekhack'.

Ask4Me Group is a Dutch Company in Guangzhou (China) 'doing' Dutch design, engineering and management. In this 2 month-period I researched and invented a new brand (including concept), with new products. Visited local factories and fairs.
