- Perform System Test activities in Connectivity & Telematic Control Unit Projects. - Requirement Analysis, Test Case creation and review using IBM ALM&DNG platform tools. - Identify and log SW defects on the platform through Structured, Exploratory, and Regression Testing. - Test case maintenance in compliance with software evolution, requirements, and traceability tracking. - Identify Software Issues, detailed analysis of reported problems, bug analysis.

- Project support and coordination in case of SYSTEM BENCHES, PROTOTYPES CARS, CONNECTION HARNESS, developer's HARDWARE ENVIRONMENT, project components and logistic. - Support and changes in prototype / test cars - repair and rework. - Debugging problems with HW that come from test teams. - Error analysis of electronic components, check components in case of damage with various testing tools. - Changes on hardware, rework samples and components, working with THT & SMD components, build Test PCB boards.

- Maintain and install banking self-service equipment, cash processing machines, copiers, electronic payment devices and recycling machines. - Troubleshoot & resolve customer technology problems on-site; - Site equipment preventative and corrective hardware and software maintenance; - Support all field-related physical activities such as: hardware initialization, additions and removals, inspecting/changing mechanical and electronic parts.

- Handle all aspects of the sale including: customer contracts and warranties, customer payments, cash and credit card/check transactions; - Develop, maintain and communicate strong, up-to-date knowledge of products, accessories, pricing plans and service features; - Public relations – develop fruitful relations with customers and opinion leaders, provide personalized service and exceptional expertise for customers; - Develop and do presentations on products to different auditoriums.

- Complete all products as assigned to maintain high quality repairs of consumer electronic products (SMD rework, software diagnosis, osciloscope analyse). - Changes on hardware, rework components according to a manual (changing PCB's, soldering of simple parts, cut outs), build PCB Boards and testing, working with SMD and THT components - Ensure proper operation of assigned items; - Interact with service center, store personnel and end-user customers in support of repair and product support needs;
