Assist with reporting of financial information to the Group Reporting Team according to IFRS and group guidelines - Analysis and reporting of main Key Performance Indicators (expex, opex, etc.) - Reporting on monthly basis of management information to Business Performance Reporting Team - Cooperation with internal audit team, - Performing controls and presenting results to external audit

- Team Support function (managing and monitoring teamwork to ensure high quality of process, compliance with SOX and achievement of performance targets; coordination of backup structure and handover process) - assisting other team members with problem resolution,TM backup - reviewing processes, analyse gaps/inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvements, - Balance Sheet analysis & reconc. - focal point responsible for activities related to critical vendors - MEC, QEC and YEC activities

-Migration of AP process from NL entities (4 months working from Shell office in Rotterdam) -Managing the workflow on daily basis (Three-way check & coding, supporting with posting instructions, netting, etc.) -Monthly and quarterly controls (GRIR, Sales Tabulation, blocked and parked items) -Initiating process improvements, creating work instructions -Interacting with staff and OU to resolve problems, calls/meetings with senior stakeholders, focal point for critical vendors; VAT focal point

- providing outsourcing service for one of the world's leading tire companies (German entity) - Validation and processing of FI/MM invoices in SAP; - Accounts reconciliation - Follow-up with business for timely approvals, codification, PO correction, etc.; - Building positive working relationships with relevant stakeholders, presenting AP process to potential clients

creating valuation models; assistance in daily activities in the Finance and Logistics departmentsm
