HR Business Partner of WEU regional business unites of sales, legal, public & media relationship. Admin, HR. According to the corporate HR management policies, process and each district's business development requirements and feature of human resources, design & formulate localized manpower plan, regulation and process of recruitment and placement, direct and coordinate recruitment and staffing activities within the region , control human resources related risks.

Recruitment; Full life circle recruiting including, partner with hiring managers to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs; talents sourcing through cold calling, networking, career fairs, Internet postings, on-campus recruiting, and employee referrals; manage relationships with outside agencies and research firms and measure their performance; end to end HR service delivery of getting candidates on board. Responsible for 4 products’ project coordination and people management, working together with Product managers, System engineers, QA, project managers etc. Set the milestones of the R&D activities of each project, define the key output or activities of each milestone; project follow up the R&D progress of our projects to ensure the pace match the project schedule; organize CTO review meeting for each project and follow up the to do list. Assist PM with people management;
