Responsible of a team made of 1150 professionals whose objectives were to guarantee the correct set up of the equipment both from an hardware, software and the proper production scheduling in an highly complex environment with production flows made by more than 1000 steps, with the main aim to supply timely the requested quantity of products in agreement with ISO TS 16949 quality and OHSAS 18001 safety standards. Responsible for the photolithography process set up and related equipment maintenance. Major achievements in the position. • Brought Photo area equipment (scanners) availability (95%) to be benchmark among the Micron 200mm factories using ASML equipment. • Increased Photo DUV scanners (wafer fabrication structural bottle neck) productivity of almost 36% allowing to increase overall factory productivity of 13% without more money in equipment capital spending.

Responsible for devices in production (essentially DRAM memory) electrical and yield performance improvement; managing also a team of black belt statisticians whose objectives were to set up the 6sigma methodology across the entire factory in order to have a correct Statistical Process Control approach. Major achievements in the position. • Increased the yield performance of the devices under production (+11.5% and +5%) to benchmark level in the 200mm Micron factories network.
