Led turnkey renewable energy projects covering research, permitting, landbank assessment, pilot execution, site surveys, land acquisition, and negotiations. Conducted technical/legal due diligence, feasibility studies, cost analysis, and budgeting for biomass fuel (120,000 MT/year). Supported production line design, plantation models, GIS studies, sustainability certifications (GGL, ISCC), and developed logistics for raw material and pellet transport to Japan.

Identified potential landbank opportunities and assessed project takeover viability. Analyzed production costs for biomass fuel from energy crops to support investment decisions. Executed pilot projects to test feasibility, optimize processes, and validate commercial potential.

Managed 100 employees across three divisions, overseeing performance, task delegation, and daily operations.
