- Dealing with customers queries face to face, over the telephone or in writing; - Serving customers at the counter; - Understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products and making sales; - Processing paperwork from sales, change of customer details, closure of accounts and so on; - Implementing the new products, services and processes devised by head office; - Representing the bank within the wider community and building relevant contacts; - Meeting sales targets and managing budgets.

- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. - Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data. - Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.

-Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. -Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. -Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. -Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. -Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
