-Ensure Accounting entries of clients’ are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures & International Accounting Standards -Preparation of tax returns and official financial statements -Submission of quarterly tax and VAT reports -Oversee the accounting, budgeting, financing, investing and reporting activities - Assessment of control weaknesses/deficiencies and preparation of recommendations letter

-Journal management and control whole range of accounting entries and documentation - Reconciliation of accounts payable, prepayment accounts and bank postings. - Prepare financial reports related to budgets, payables, receivables, expenses, etc. - posting of accruals, receivables and payables -Ensure that all transactional, payroll and VAT/ taxation requirements are met

-To review balances of sundry debtors, advances, etc., and ensure that their recovery is enforced and that none represents fictitious balances. Where in doubt about the value of assets, the management has made a proper provision - To look for exceptional transactions during the accounting period and, if necessary, comment on them - Ensure General Ledger entries of clients’ accounting systems are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures & International Accounting Standards
