- Led a Global team of 17 members from Germany, Romania, Vietnam and India using Lean-startup Agile methodologies in SAFe Environment to create and maintain a generic product in Global Software House. - Anticipated and mitigated (ROAM) risks in product delivery by maintaining open communication with stakeholders and proactively adjusting priorities. - Defined the long-term vision and strategy for the product by working with stakeholders (Business Owner, Product Owner Customers, and development teams).

- Led a team of 3 to create a generic Product for Diagnostics including Ideation, Requirements Elicitation and Design. - Conducted user interviews and analyzed feedback to identify pain points, leading to a generic DTC feature design that met key use-cases. - Supported Customer Projects in debugging & fixing Diagnostics and product related Issues with 0% re-opening rate

- Acted as interim Project Leader to handle Project Initiation with the customer (Tier1 supplier) and agree on release scope. - Mentored and Supported Junior Developers both locally on site in Dortmund and remotely in other sites in EDAG Germany and Sweden. - Configured and Integrated AUTOSAR BSW modules (EcuM, BswM, NvM, ComM) using Vector Davinci Configurator to Handle the state machine, wakeup sources validation (e.g. FlexRay Trcv), and a controlled Shutdown Sequence.

• Developed and maintained Bootloader software using Agile framework, Polarion PLM, Gerrit, and Git. • Successfully Implemented Bootloader architecture workshop to increase the knowledge and the debugging skills of the Application team. • Supported in ASPICE SWE 5 activities following ISO 26262 using E-Sys Tool, UDE Debugger, WinAdes (Valeo calibration tool), oscilloscope, and Canoe which resulted in the Project achieving ASPICE Level 1.

• Performed RAM and ROM Memory analysis to Projects using Infineon TriCore Targets. • Developed/debugged various UDS routines and DIDs following AUTOSAR, ISO 15765-2, and ISO 14229 using C programming language. • Supported The Testing team in Bootloader Validation using TRACE32 Lauterbach and CANoe. • Developed, reviewed, and maintained Low-level C Source Code and Linker Scripts for Aurix Infineon and NXP.

• Configured AUTOSAR compliant MCAL and BSW modules (FEE, FLS, NVM, SPI, CAN, GPT, WDG, DIO, PORT) for Infineon Aurix targets using EB Tresos Configuration tool. • Solved issues/bugs using JTAG TRACE32 Lauterbach. • Supported in ASPICE SWE.3 & 4 activities by performing Unit Testing using IBM – Rational Test RealTime(RTRT), and by creating and maintaining software design documents (CDDs) for various software components.
